STEP 1: FREE CONSULTATION CALL
To schedule your consultation, please use the scheduler below. If you can't find an available time that works for you, feel free to send us an email to set up a time to talk!

After your consultation call, one of our expert matchers will assess your child's needs and personality and pair them up with a mindful tutor who best suits them in every dimension!
STEP 2: PURCHASE & BOOK SESSIONS
Once we have matched you with a tutor, our team will reach out to you with instructions to proceed to your next step. We will outline how to book your free 15-minute introductory call with your tutor and how to purchase a single session or membership (see FAQ for more info on pricing).

STEP 3: MEET YOUR TUTOR!
You and your tutor will be given the chance to virtually connect during a free 15-minute meet-and-greet!

During this session, your tutor will get to know your child and answer any questions you may have.

This session is a great way to gauge how well your child connects with their tutor. If you feel as though you need to change tutors, please contact us and we'd be happy to make the switch for you!
STEP 4: SCHEDULE SESSIONS
After meeting your tutor, you will be given the option to schedule sessions at your convenience. Feel free to schedule weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly recurring sessions!

Need to cancel? Please do so at least 24 hours before your session's start-time.
STEP 5: TUTORING SESSIONS
All sessions will take place virtually. You'll receive the link to each meeting with your confirmation and reminder emails.

Sessions are 50-minutes. Your tutor will spend the last 10 minutes of the hour writing a recap email. In this email, you will hear how the session went and what topics were covered (including mindfulness exercises).
